GVG proposition (hell yeah !)

Greetings.

I was thinking about organising GVG Excalibur VS ProjectX.
Ye, ye u can laugh now, BUT this GVG is not like u had before for sure !

I mean new GVG style !

Basic idea is taken from my thread from Cabal forum




Newstyle GVG is [conditions] :

- whole map is a one big battlefield
- battlespots included on mini map (set by guildleaders before gvg)
- full tactical actions, all buffs / debuffs allowed, no any holdings.
- no members limit
- no lvl limit
- deploy forces at one or more map(s) (depending on number of members)
- choosing map is random / set by guildleaders
- frag limit over 1000
- using [driving on] boards / bikes during gvg not allowed (except scouters set by guildleaders before gvg)
- standing in city (read: safe spot) not allowed
- GA as a referee who sets up Battlespot by using map link on shout (/L) [ this is a proposition so far ]


What is New Style GVG?

New Style GVG is a new idea made by me. Namely I mean real guild war. I've seen many GVG's, how was they looking like? City => Full power BM's => rape => dead and so on. That's boring, showing no skills, showing pure BM's power. Me, as an old player
I want to ask you all, what do you think about this idea, because what is GVG where you cast full pwer BM's ?isn't it just boring rape?
How about enter to the new GVG style?
In my "New Style GVG" you can show your skills as a player, there is no any holdings like lame "no SS/AoD/debuffs". You can show that you are not brainless dmg dealer, by ride on whole map, you can do tactics, just us your imagination. In this new style even small,weak guild can defeat bigger and more powerfull.
Using buffs and BM's wise will lead to victory.

Why New Style GVG?

Acording to that what I said : normal GVG's are same like our famous "european styles pvp", ohh wait... it's not any style... it's smash combo with 1-2-3-4 and pray for crits. What a bulshiit. GVG? Isn't it the same? cast all buffs and BM2+aura and go totall rape is soemthing different? hell no.
Cabal, it's an obvious, is PVP based game. We see it so clearly by TG, warp zone maps,etc. EST soft wanted to do game based on pvp. They failed with that. They are not improving that what they want to do. OK, let's leave alone ESTfail here.
Talking about Cabal, I belive there are players like me, with skills for pvp, pve, smartt who wants to improve this game by making freestyles pvp,etc.
What is Cabal ?
Game based on pure luck ?
Less IQ = more drop rate ?
Started pvp game and not finished it?
Yes.
BUT there is something more. There is something more like freestyle skill. Not just smashing skills, not just praying for CD's.
At this moment, so sad to say it, Cabal is crowded by brainless players, which are playing without any idea about origin of this game. That's true you can flame me now but we all know that what I'm saying now is pure true. Koreans got great frestyle pvp's, so let's do 1st frestyle GVG "New Style GVG". For many times I've said Cabal doesn't needs any skills to play. True. But not at all. There are several things what needs skills to do, there we can see who is good player and who is noob.

So this is basic idea, as for now as i offered for TheBlackCompany, two scenario's of GVG.
Namely :


GVG with battle spots !

in the DS :




As you see there are marked two battlepots. In my opinion this is best map for BB+/premm owners and also with players without bb+/prem

The rules are easy !

<> the leaders of both guilds does a lot two times, who wll have beter lot will win right to choose battlespot and chance for deploy forces
<> let's say your leader won lot, he goes to his own secret spot, after deploy forces, he whisper leader of Exc (me) with map link to show (me) his position,
<> to the secret positions can go only leaders of both guilds to start the war !
<> all are allowed(BM's), all debuffs, all buffs (well except SS) , even potions are allowed (amp, etc)
<> this scenario is more like "hide and seek" there is many opurtiunities to do tacticks, very enjoyable in my opinion
<> in new style GVG even weak equipped guild can crush well equipped (good teamwork is basic adventage which willlead you to victory !)
<> the frag limit should be also over 200-300 (for GVG including 14 VS 14)
<> when there will be 1st encounter, guild who win postition stays there or might to change battlespot, since it is 100% freestyle
<> standing and afking in city NOT allowed
<> flaming not allowed (well that's obvious)


Well unlike to 1st one this is more classic GVG, just near city, also with allowed moving at whole map, but here we fight without BM's, just freestyle fight.


Well about war, me and my whole guild doon't care about ressult (probably we will loose). Why PX ? because there is not so many strong guild that we can throw a challange like this, acording to that war with PX is real challange. We were thinking to organize gvg with oblivion but i don't think it would be good idea, it would be only flames and flames. We are just looking for fun.
So ressult doesn't matter , if you win i will be same happy as we win, at least something new we made, this can be greatest guildwar in Jupiter history ! (ofcourse would be nice to make a video of whole war, and post on forum, as success of jupiter's community, to bring on ultimate enterntaiment!!)
I think you guys need to organize parties, so GVG would be in April, enough time to train and prepare tactics !

GVG GOGOGO

I made Third Scenario, a different one than before.

Namely both guilds stands in city.

All does lot !

and players from both guidls with most similar lot number will go out and fight 1 VS 1. Winner comes back to city and regen. I called it Deathmatch.
Example :

Fag A lotted 900
Fag B lotted 800
Fag C lotted 700
Fad D lotted 600

So, Fag A will face Fag B, Fag C will face Fag D, in the order of lot Fag A and Fag B will "open" Deathmatch.
Frag limit should be seted up for 14 fights (if 14 VS 14), and whole GVG will contain 3 rounds.

Also I made "Ultimate immortality match". In meaning that GVG will be on same rules of lottery,BUT winner will face next opponent untill he dies. Also this war would include 3 rounds.

I think for sure if we make 7 VS 7 GVG it would be very good entertanment.

Tak Joe, trochę mnie wciągnęło zrobienie prawdziwego GVG, pełnymi możliwościami (buffy,itp), a co do organizowania to PX mają kilku myślących graczy, którzy na pewno to ogarniają :]

tu tylko chodzi o dobrą organizacje, dlatego w sumie zapytałem PX o to a nie jakieś tureckie gildie xD.
Jak to dobrze zorganizujemy to będzie zajebiście ;p, ale żeby do tego doszło to trzeba wszystkich (tych którzy mają zamiar się przyłączyć) dobrze zmobilizować. Tu chodzi głównie o grę taktyczną.
Mnie tam jebie czy wygramy czy przegramy, jak i każdego z mojej gildii. My tylko chcemy czegoś, czego nikt inny nie zrobił wcześniej. Nawet można by zrobić filmik promujący tego typu siepy (gvg).

Joe ment that it will probably turn to regular dumb GVG withut any scenario. So the problem is what guild could do it. I could ask turks for gvg but their high IQ would not allow us to make one.

Eternity is only 5-6 ppl online so nearly useless to ask them, tho it would be kinda cool mini gvg.
Oblivion are ehm... nvm u know what they are.
Maybe Aesir, but we dont want too easy win ._.

So PX is best option, at least u got ppl using brain (at least those who i know from PX).

If we manage to organize it well, it will be greatest GVG ever Cabal EU seen.
We could make a video, a bit of sony vegas and would be nice promotion of new style of GVG.
I'll stay in touch with ninho on x-fire to discuss that and do my best to organize it.
